Kehinde Olorundare, a dedicated and exceptional leader serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Heirs General Insurance an insurance company in Nigeria emerges as the InstinctBusiness CFO of the week.
Prior to his current role, he was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Cornerstone Insurance Plc, one of the leading Insurance Companies in Nigeria with two subsidiaries for about four years. He has also functioned in other various finance roles including Financial Controller (FC) and Group Head, Financial Reporting, Performance Management and Business Intelligence at Leadway Assurance Company Ltd for about thirteen years.
For his outstanding contributions to Heirs General Insurance, he recently received the CFO for Insurance of the year at the Instinct Business CFO Summit and bagged his Doctorate Degree from Babcock University.
He possesses a well-developed interpersonal skills and tested abilities to relate to team members, senior management and a wide range of external parties including auditors, government regulators such as NAICOM, FRCN, FIRS and industry bodies like NIA as well as business owners and board of directors

Ebenezer Bodylawson Emerges as InstinctBusiness CFO’s CFO of the Week
Ebenezer Bodylawson, a dynamic Chief Financial Officer of MTN Cameroon with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry emerges as InstinctBusiness Magazine’s CFO of the Week.
Skilled in budgeting, cash flow management, enterprise risk management, business planning, and internal audit, Ebenezer consistently demonstrates his ability to manage complex financial operations and optimize organizational efficiency.
His ability to navigate the challenges of the telecommunications industry, coupled with his dedication to maintaining rigorous financial controls, has established him as a trusted and respected finance professional.
Ebenezer holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Economics from Fourah Bay College, where he laid a solid foundation in economic principles and financial management.

Rayson Foya Emerges as InstinctBusiness CFO’s CFO of the Week
Mr. Rayson Foya an expert in financial transformations and Chief Finance Officer of Standard Chartered Bank Tanzania has been recognized as InstinctBusiness Magazine’s CFO of the week.
Mr. Foya a Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) in Accounting from the University of Dar es Salaam and is a qualified Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Tanzania.
He has diverse experience in financial matters including financial management, analysis, control and accounting, which he attained by working within Standard Chartered Bank since 2005. He started his career with the Bank in Operations as a Clearing Officer before moving to Finance where he performed various roles including Management Accountant and Head of Business Finance for Corporate Banking, prior to being appointed to his current role.
As part of his growth, Mr. Foya took part in the CEO Apprenticeship Program (an initiative of CEO Roundtable of Tanzania) in 2019 and completed the CFO Academy in Hong Kong in 2018. In 2016, Mr. Foya completed a short-term assignment as Senior Manager (Group Reporting and Advisory) within Group Finance at the Bank’s Head Office in London. He currently takes part in the CDC funded Africa Leader list Programme.
Mr. Foya actively participates in industry joint technical committees coordinated by either the Tanzania Bankers Association (TBA) or Bank of Tanzania (the Regulator) on financial matters. He is also a champion of the Bank’s Financial Education Employee Volunteering Programme which has so far managed to train nearly 1000 people within various communities.
