Hilda Bujiku, a seasoned finance professional the first Tanzanian and first female Finance Director of Vodacom Tanzania Plc has been recognized as InstinctBusiness Magazine’s CFO of the Week.
She joined Vodacom Tanzania in 2012 and has held various senior roles in the Company including that of Deputy Finance Director responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis, Investor Relations and Company Secretariat. She was seconded to Vodacom Lesotho as the Finance Director. Whilst in Lesotho, she successfully implemented transformation projects and delivered consistent shareholder value.
Hilda has core competencies in strategic financial planning, budgeting and cost management, profitability and cost analysis, Talent selection, development and retention, strategic partnership deals experience and strengthening the internal control environment.
